My Account & Order Status

How do I create an account?

Click the Account link at the top of the page in the upper right. Then simply follow the prompts to complete your account setup. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private.

I forgot my password

Click the ACCOUNT  link at the top of the page in the upper right. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here." That link will send an email to you with your password.

Where can I check order status and tracking?

Click the ACCOUNT link at the top of the page in the upper right to login. Once logged in, you'll have access to tools related to your Account and past Orders.  You may also check the status by following the links provided in the confirmation email sent after you placed your order.

My order hasn't arrived

First, please login to your Account to make sure that your order has shipped. Please note - some items have a production period and don't ship immediately. Next, check the status of the shipment using the tracking numbers on your order. If your tracking shows a status of "Delivered" and you still haven't received your items, please contact customer service for further assistance by clicking HERE.

What is the best way to start a Delbôve treatment?

The foundation of all Delbôve treatments is The Magic Cleanser. Developed from the principle of homeostasis, according to which we aim to restore the skin’s natural balance, and thus help it activate its spontaneous healing capacities. Crème Sorcière+EauSorcière, an exceptional synergy of 19 active ingredients - replacing soap, make-up remover and toner - that gently and deeply cleanses, whilst preserving the hydrolipidic film, essential for healthy, radiant looking skin.
 

I have a very sensitive or reactive skin. What do you recommend ?

Delbôve products are particularly appreciated by sensitive and reactive skin types because of the gentle, yet effective nature of the ingredients. Firstly, it is important to treat your skin with The Magic Cleanser emulsion, morning and evening, to restore and protect its hydrolipidic barrier and stimulate the rebalancing of its natural functions.
Our Rosacelia range is perfectly adapted to sensitive skin and redness.
It is composed of Horse Chesnut and Hamamelis, both known for their soothing properties. Both protection and comfort are guaranteed.

I have dilated pores and oily skin. What do you recommend ?

We recommend cleansing the skin with The Magic Cleanser, it will help rebalance your skin and refine the skin’s texture.
For more in-depth action, use our Souabou Serum before your day cream. The Willow Bark will help tighten your pores and Horse Chesnut will purify your skin for a unified complexion. 

I have a breakout. What do you recommend ?

Apply the Souabou serum locally on the affected area. It will help prevent scarring and will purify your skin.
 

I am pregnant. Can I use Delbôve products ?

Our products are all safe for pregnancy except Pieds Enchantés, Cou & Decolleté, Valériane, Cryostimulist and Masque Souabou because they contain essential oils.

Is Merveille des Yeux suitable for very sensitive eyes and/or contact lens wearers ?

Yes absolutely yes ! Our eye mask Merveille des Yeux is formulated with soothing medicinal plants like arnica, camomille making it perfect for soothing very sensitive eyes and contact lens wearers.

Shipping and Returns

How long will it take to ship my order?

All in stock products will ship out within 1 business day.

If an item is a made-to-order product. Please see the turnaround time listed on the product page.

I need to return something. What's your policy?

Do you ship to my country?

During account setup or checkout we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.

What are my International shipping charges?

Customer service will contact you with a shipping quote after you place your order. Simply add items to your cart and complete the checkout process. We will send you a quote within 48 hours.
If you receive a quote and do not respond within 30 days, your order will be canceled, and the total payment amount refunded as a store credit.

Pricing and Billing

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours prior to shipment of your item(s).

How do I buy/redeem a gift certificate?

To purchase a gift certificate for someone, click here. If you are the recipient of a gift certificate and would like to redeem your gift certificate add items to your cart and proceed to checkout. On the information page during checkout enter your gift certificate number in the box that says Gift Card or Coupon Code then click apply. The gift card amount will apply to the order. If there is a remaining balance due you will have to pay the balance with a credit card. If you have any quesitons click here for help.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

Sales tax is charged automatically if your state is not tax exempt. If your organization is tax exempt and you have your state tax exemption certificates click here and fill out this form.

I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.

Click the Account link at the top of the page in the upper right. You can access order records once logged in.
